Dr Ezan is a Consultant Occupational Health Physician and Medical Director of Platinum Occupational Health Ltd. He has been a qualified doctor since 2002.
He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health at Cardiff University in 2009 and completed the Masters Programme in 2012. Dr Ezan obtained his Membership at The Royal College of Physicians (MRCP Edin) in 2010. Dr Ezan obtained his Certificate in Occupational Health Law in 2012.
He was listed on the General Medical Council (GMC) register as an Accredited Specialist in Occupational Medicine in 2014, and awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) in 2019.
His portfolio of occupational health experience incorporates private and public sector clients including: Brigade Medical Advisor for the Fire Service, HAVS Assessments, Ill Health Retirements for the Fire Service, Local Government, NHS, Police, Private Sector Pensions and Police Work (Force Medical Advisor and Selected Medical Practitioner)
He is also an HSE Appointed Doctor for Asbestos, Ionising Radiation and Lead. Dr Ezan has a Medical Review Officer (MRO) status for Drug and Alcohol Screening and is an Oil and Gas UK (OGUK) certified examiner.
He is an examiner for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine Diploma (DOccMed), a portfolio examiner for the Irish Diploma in Occupational Medicine Portfolio (LFOM) Exam and Part 2 Exit Exam for the Faculty (MFOM). Dr Ezan is also a Faculty Assessor for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM) for CESR Applications.
Dr Ezan is the Deputy Regional Specialty Advisor for the Oxford Region for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and a Member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).
