Victoria studied Pharmacology, with Industrial experience at the University of Edinburgh, graduating in 2000. Following that, she worked as a research scientist in pre-clinical studies in Pain, Parkinson’s and Stroke, under the review of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority (MHRA) and Quality Assurance frameworks of GCLP, GCP, GLP, GMP.
Victoria progressed into Quality Assurance in 2003, and is a member of the Research Quality Association (RQA). She gained ISO 9001 lead auditor status in 2008, with transition to the current standards in 2015, performing supplier lead audits in America, Europe and the UK, as well as training to ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001/3 and ISO 15189/17025/22870.
She is Occupational Health Technician trained, including audiometry and spirometry assessments and has certificates in the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Managing Occupational Health Services and Managing Safely, amongst others.
Since becoming a consultant in 2019, she has seen numerous healthcare provisions through the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, Integrated ISO certifications, the Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) accreditation process, as well as the UKAS ISO 15189 / 22870 accreditation, for Covid-19 testing.
Victoria gained her Chartered Quality Professional status in October 2020, and now enjoys mentoring other Quality Professionals, within the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) membership.
